Q. Digital access to full text children's books and stories?

Unfortunately, we do not have any children's books through our collections.

Public libraries do! They use a phone/tablet app - common ones are Overdrive, Cloud Library, and Hoopla - and people sign in with their library card to access ebooks through that.

There is also the International Children's Digital Library and The Oxford Owl (requires free sign up.)

Storyline Online also has famous people reading children's books for the full story hour effect (except you can really see the illustrations.)
